We offer the option of getting payed directly via UNICUSMO. For this we need access to your account details, which must be verified. This is for your security.

NO, you get everything you need from the owner

Depending on what kind of service you have booked. First of all, inform the owner. Put the information in the group chat, maybe someone can stand in for your service. Or, the owner can reorganize.

The owner will pay for the costs

NO, according to current legislation you do not need any training to care for under 5 dogs

YES, depending on the services offered, you will be paid accordingly.

Look around for places where your visitor can groom himself. This is often not welcome in residential areas.

Yes, if both parties have signed - the agreement is binding.

NO, in Switzerland your liability insurance is sufficient. In most cases, the owner's insurance covers everything.

There follows a questionnaire which tells us whether you have dealt with the subject of dogs. The aim is to provide you with more basic knowledge and thus give you more confidence.

Ask the owner if you don't know the area, or use walking apps or other maps to find out where you can walk comfortably.

Try to give the dog some peace and quiet with an object that smells of home. E.g. his "bed", his "blanket", one of his toys. Depending on the dog, touching, a little activity with a search game or going for a run can help. Normally it helps if the dog has been with you before with its owner, has been with you once for a short time (an afternoon) and you can already see whether the dog feels comfortable or needs more time.
