General terms and conditions of business

Purpose, Values and Duties:

Unicusmo KIG wants to educate people about the emotional value that dogs have in our lives.
Dog owners will find dog sitters with us who have a positive relationship with dogs, lovingly and caringly look after their dog for a certain time and integrate it into their family.

Dog sitters agree not to use pain, pressure, punishment or other emotionally negative influences. They stand for a warm, loving, family-like care service and, according to their knowledge and conscience, do their best to live this for themselves and the dog in every situation.

Community: We stand for a network of caring, empathetic, loving dog owners and caregivers. Positive reinforcement, the latest scientific findings, further education and the transfer of knowledge is our goal. We want to create a community that has a deep awareness of the emotions of dogs, and is committed to deepening and spreading them.

The following General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Unicusmo KIG and the consumers who use the Unicusmo KIG website as registered persons or companies (hereinafter referred to as "Members").

The "Members" are divided into those who are looking for a service (hereinafter referred to as "Service Seekers") and those who offer a service (hereinafter referred to as "Service Providers").

1 Conclusion of the contract

1.1 Access to the use requires free registration.

1.2 By registering, all users declare that they have reached the age of 15.

1.3 Our platform only allows the placement of workers residing in Switzerland with jobs throughout Switzerland, as well as the placement of cross-border commuters (except Lichtenstein) who want to work in Switzerland.

1.4 By registering, the Member accepts these General Terms and Conditions and a contractual relationship is established between Unicusmo KIG and the Registered Member.

2 Scope of services

2.1 After registering on the Website free of charge, service seekers and service providers can create a profile, view other profiles and search for a job or service providers.

Unicusmo KIG does not guarantee that the persons contacted will respond to an inquiry within the shortest possible time.

3 Deactivation, Termination

3.1 The profile can be deactivated at any time. The profile will no longer be visible to other members after deactivation.

3.2 A free basic membership can be cancelled at any time at the end of the current month.

4 Liability of Unicusmo KIG

4.1 Unicusmo KIG is neither a party nor a contractual partner in the event of a mediation of service seekers and service providers. Service seekers and service providers waive any claims or obligations against Unicusmo KIG. In particular, Unicusmo KIG assumes no liability whatsoever for damages or disputes arising between Service Seekers and Service Providers.

4.2 Unicusmo KIG assumes no liability whatsoever for the quality of the work performed by the Service Providers and excludes any liability arising from a contractual relationship between the Service Seeker and the Service Provider. The service provider must independently obtain any necessary residence or work permits. The service seeker must insure the service provider in accordance with the law or inform the service provider of any need for insurance.

4.3 Unicusmo KIG takes every care to ensure that the content on its platforms is correct at the time of online publication. However, it cannot guarantee the completeness, quality of content and reliability of the data.

5 Member's Obligations

5.1 Members undertake to provide truthful information. Unicusmo KIG assumes no liability whatsoever with regard to information provided by members and excludes any liability and possible consequences resulting from this. In addition, Unicusmo KIG reserves the right to irrevocably delete or block profiles and messages without prior notice if there is a suspicion of incorrect or inappropriate behavior or even non-platform use by members. Any membership fees paid will not be refunded in such cases.

6 Copyright

6.1 All content provided by Unicusmo KIG is protected by copyright.

6.2 Members may view, print and copy the content of the Care Platforms, provided that it is used for personal and non-commercial use.

7 Amendment/Supplement to the General Terms and Conditions

7.1 Unicusmo KIG reserves the right to amend the T&Cs at any time without prior notice and will inform Members accordingly in an appropriate manner.

8 Place of jurisdiction, applicable law

8.1 The relationship between the Member and Unicusmo KIG is governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Unicusmo KIG: Hombrechtikon, Switzerland. The member may also sue at his or her place of residence in Switzerland.

9 Prices and conditions

Prices and conditions are in accordance with the specifications of Unicusmo KIG. Income of less than CHF 2,300 (per client) per year is considered a marginal salary and does not require AHV/IV/EO deductions. All income must be reported to taxes as income. From 2,300 per year, the AHV/IV/EO must receive a notification of self-employment.
